In this series of get-togethers, we explore the connection between body and soul through different active meditations.
We achieve a meditative state and balance through stress release. This is accomplished through shaking, dancing, humming...pushing our individual limits in different ways.
The meditations range from 45 minutes to a little over one hour. Every session starts with an introduction and ends with the opportunity to pose questions or share your experience with the group. There are no prerequisites but an open mind and curiosity.
